Role Description:

Our team at Fernland State Farm is growing!  We are looking to add a new Team Member that fits with our vision - to be the area's #1 resource for insurance and financial services!  Customer Relationship Representatives on our team follow up with insurance leads to help with auto, home, condo, renters, life, and disability insurance.  You will have ample opportunity to spark new and meaningful relationships with shoppers.

We have a unique approach that prioritizes empowering our customers to make informed decisions best for themselves and their families. Applicants should be coachable and prepared to embrace set processes.  Although it is not a prerequisite to apply, a 4-40 license (or CSR designation) is required to get started (Typically a 7-10 day turnaround).  It is a plus if you hold any combination of these licenses:  4-40, 20-44, 2-20, 2-14, 2-15.  We encourage you to apply regardless of your current licensing status as there is room for growth, and continued professional development is one of our core values.

New Team Members will benefit from paid training and growth potential for those that strive for it.  This is a full-time, in-office, base pay + commission position.  New Team Members will work alongside a team but will have their own space to conduct business.  Therefore, applicants should be able to hold themselves accountable to daily activity expectations and feel confident in their ability to manage themselves.

Ideal candidates are goal-oriented with a natural desire to be better than they were yesterday.  They should enjoy the nature of the sales process and be competitive in spirit.  Energy and enthusiasm are admirable traits to bring to the team.  We are seeking someone who desires an opportunity to impact the lives of our customers, and aims to consult and advise on products and services you can believe in.

If you are coachable, and believe you fit this description and wish to learn more, take the next step by submitting your application. We aim to fill the position quickly and needing a respectful and appropriate 2-week notice with your prior employer should not prevent you from applying. Submit your application and updated resume by 8 PM EST, Sunday, June 29th.
