We're looking for an Agent Assistant and Receptionist who shows up early, stays engaged, thinks critically, and genuinely cares about supporting the Agent and Sales Team. If you welcome challenges, are reliable, eager to learn, and take initiative without being asked -- this role will feel like home. We want someone who doesn't just fill a seat but becomes a trusted partner in helping our agency and our customers succeed every day!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help Agent and Team with Morning Huddle preparation.
- Manage office communications and appointment reminders.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
- Support the Agent and Sales team with various business administration and operational tasks and projects.
- Capture sales and prospective customer lead management
- Tracking of Sales Team commissions
- Payroll Processing
- Uncovering marketing events and opportunities for Agency to participate
- Ensuring agency is stocked with needed supplies
- Tracking of Paid- and Un-Paid Time Off for agency staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An ability to type 65+ words per minute.
- Must feel comfortable multi-tasking among multiple computer screens.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Must possess a positive, can-do attitude.
- Communication and interpersonal skills amongst colleagues and customers.
- An ability to stay organized and keep a neat space.
- Comfortable welcoming customers in-office and over the phone.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
